Edna Pasher founded an international strategic management consulting firm in 1978. The firm provides customized consulting services to organizations both in the private and the public sectors. Edna Pasher PhD & Associates (EPA) specializes in assisting client organizations to speed up strategic renewal in a turbulent world. Their services include:

· Designing and facilitating strategic and change processes through Organizational Learning

· Developing Knowledge and Innovation Management as organizational core competences

· Designing Sustainable Development strategies with commitment to “the Triple Bottom Line” – economic, social and environmental

Dr. Pasher earned her Ph.D at New York University in Communication Arts and Sciences in the Media Ecology program and has served as faculty member at Adelphi University, the City University of New York, the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and the Tel-Aviv University, where she is still teaching. She is a frequent speaker in national and international conferences and publishes often in professional journals and books.

In 1994 EPA identified Knowledge and Innovation Management as the critical success factor for organizational renewal and joined the Intellectual Capital Pioneers global community which created the World Café network. EPA is very active in European Union funded research as partners in R&D projects focused on ICT – Information and Communication Technologies. They are leading the social aspects research package in wearit@work – the largest research project in the world on wearable computers.

EPA is a founding member of the European SoL Sustainability Group and its Sustainability in Action Program and leading the Israeli SoL Sustainability Group.

Dr. Edna Pasher is a founding member of “The New Club of Paris” on the Knowledge Society and Its Economic Foundations and creates the Israel Intellectual Capital Reports.

Edna is the founding partner of Status, the Israeli monthly management magazine.
