Larry Hulsmans
| Larry
is passionate about the development of leadership ability in
others. He has more than 20 years experience in the private
and public sectors in management and leadership development.
Larry has a B.A. in Strategic Studies from the Royal Military
College of Canada and an M.B.A. from Queen’s University.
His leadership experience includes serving as Executive Director
of Leadership Development at The Banff Centre, Managing Director
of Ajilon Management Consulting services in Ottawa, Canada and
a variety of positions within Government. |

| His primary
areas of expertise include facilitation, strategic planning,
increasing self-awareness, the development of leadership character,
organizational culture, effective communication, conflict resolution,
coaching, generational differences, network leadership as well
as systems thinking. He is currently passionate about understanding
human cognition and thinking and his recent studies have taken
him to Harvard and MIT.
Larry lives in Banff with his wife Ginette
and their two teenage boys.
