Bill Hamilton is a management consultant specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, and succession planning. He has had a broad career in human resources management as an executive (Vice President/Senior Vice President) with Bank of Montreal, CIBC and as a Vice President Leadership Development with Manulife Financial. In addition, he has spent two years as a Senior Partner with the Bedford Consulting Group, an international executive search consultancy. |

Bill is a graduate of the University of Manitoba with a BSc and the Ivey School of Business with an MBA. He is a member of The Coaching Consortium, a network of world class coaches from Europe, United States and across Canada.
His coaching clients are senior executive in a wide range of industries including bio tech, healthcare, pharmaceutical, banking, life insurance, real estate, telecommunications, television broadcasting and legal firms. His clients include Presidents, CEO's, COO's, CFO's, partners in law firms, scientists, HR executives, senior healthcare executives and operations executives.
Other consulting assignments include a six month project with Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC to develop their executive development programs, leading major change initiatives for several major corporations and the design of long term incentive plans for senior executive.
Bill is a sought after speaker and writer who has done ground breaking work in the areas of coaching, leadership development and executive succession.
