Approx. 4 will be chosen to apply the program elements towards

solution/implementation plan and worked by Syndicate Teams
to present on Day 5 to a panel of senior executives of School
Boards &/or government. |

production capability, etc.). Ultimately, in the transition
between strategy and implementation we must clearly and consistently
differentiate what we have to offer compared to everyone else.

applied! This simulation exercise features 2 organizations
and a government operating on an island providing for a complex,
closed ecosystem of decision-making and personal/inter-personal
action.
This tests participants ability to perform competently in
the areas covered so far in the program. Complex, high-energy,
and fun! A memorable experience with rich application back
to your real world, with "time-released learning"
for months to come. |

Study exercise, we will take the time to pull out the many
faceted learning from this exercise on the personal, organizational

time to think about how each participant will apply
their learning from the week, back into their workplace
& personal lives - with some concrete plans for taking

them in truly applying their experience into new practices.
